Frequently Asked Questions

The Help Center, 24/7 support

How do I know which trip is right for me?

The trips we offer are guided and accompanied. Your ideal itinerary will be uniquely tailored to meet your needs down to the last detail. Once we know what type of adventure and experience you're looking for, we'll be able to walk you through all the details. This will enable you to book the trip that's right for you.

How do I find out about visa requirements?

Our team will send you all the links and details about visa requirements for every destination on your itinerary. Once you arrive at your destination, everything will be ready for you. We accompany all our trips.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory. Although serious incidents are rare, medical emergencies can be costly, so comprehensive health insurance is imperative. Our first priority will be to assist with the evacuation to the closest medical facility in case of an emergency.

Do I need to worry about dangerous animals on safari?

In spite of the fact that Africa is home to a variety of potentially dangerous species, including scorpions, snakes, spiders, and insects, very few visitors suffer from direct harm. The luxury camps and lodges we stay in provide rooms that are resistant to insects (especially mosquitoes). Walking shoes with closed-toes, socks, and long pants are essentials when you're out on a walk. Be sure to follow the directions of your guide at all times.

Terms & Conditions

What does the price include?

Typically we provide: accommodation, meals, guiding services, local transfers, game drives, internal flights, meet and greet upon arrival, and accompanied journeys until the end of the trip. Our itineraries include a comprehensive list that we will share with you.

The booking process, how does it work?

Once you reach out to us we will engage with you to discuss your preferences in detail and then design a tailor-made itinerary for you. In order to secure your reservation, we usually ask for a non-refundable 10% deposit.

Thereafter the following terms apply; 150 days to travel we will request an additional 30% deposit. We will then request a further 30% deposit 90 days prior to departure, with the balance due 45 days before departure.

Confirmed trips; amendments or cancellation, what happens next?

Itineraries relating to a Tour/series may be subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to ensure they operate as soon as possible.  Should you wish to cancel a booking, the applicable refunds will be processed as per the payment plan.

A Positive PCR test which requires you to postpone your travel will need to be provided as evidence to claim for refunds from our accommodation and travel partners. Should you test positive on a journey that you have completed and are required to quarantine, we will do our best to negotiate preferential accommodation rates for the extra nights.
